We are pleased to announce the registration details for our 2025 Summer camp.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Camp Dates : from July 2 to July 31 (22days \/ 5 weeks)<\/b><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The exact location will be announced in May, similar to last year. It will coordinate with the School Board (CECCE) and may be at the same school as now or a nearby school. Please keep this in mind.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We are opening early registration before the location is finalized, since almost all other summer camp registrations open in February or March.\u00a0We hope this early notification helps with your summer camp planning.<\/div>\n

1. Morning Program : Korean language classes<\/div>\n
2. Afternoon Program : cultural classes and activities (art, music, sports, Korean\u00a0culture, etc.)<\/div>\n
3. Before and After Care(EDP) : childcare services available before and after the sessions<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The camp is divided into a morning and an afternoon program. Depending on your preference,\u00a0you may choose to register for the morning program only, or for both the morning and afternoon.\u00a0However, please note that registration for only the afternoon program is NOT available. You must register for the morning program in order to enroll\u00a0in the afternoon session.<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

* Pre-registration for the afternoon program will be closed on\u00a0Friday,\u00a0February 28 at 10:00 PM<\/span><\/b>. After this due date, please wait for the general registration in May. (The fee for May registration for the full 5 weeks will be $660 and the weekly registration fees also change).<\/div>\n
* According to the school board’s camp schedule, week 1 will operate for 3 days, and week 5 will operate for 4 days. If there is any change to the schedule, we will inform you promptly.<\/div>\n
* More detailed information will be shared along with the link on February\u00a018th. It will be possible to register for individual week(s).<\/div>\n
* Please note that the Afternoon Program may vary slightly from week to week.<\/div>\n
* Payment will be processed via e-transfer. After the pre-registration period, parents will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.<\/div>\n
* We are also planning\u00a0to offer lunch box options from Korean vendors.<\/div>\n

Important Reminder:<\/b>\u00a0If you wish to register for the Afternoon Program completely, you must\u00a0register your child(ren) for the morning program later<\/b>. Afternoon registration is not available without the morning registration. If you do not register for the morning program later, your afternoon registration will be canceled.<\/span><\/div>\n
