2025년 한글학교 여름캠프에 대해 다음과 같이 등록 안내 드립니다.
캠프 기간 : 7월 2일부터 7월 31일까지 (총 22일 / 5주차)
캠프 장소는 작년과 비슷하게 5월 중 안내될 예정입니다. 장소 확정은 스쿨보드(CECCE)와 협의하여 진행되며, 현재와 동일한 학교 또는 주변 학교로 결정될 수 있으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
장소 결정 전 미리 등록을 오픈하게 된 것은 일반적인 여름캠프 등록이 2,3월에 집중되어 있는만큼 그간 문의주셨던 것을 반영하며 미리 안내드리게 되었습니다.
이전보다 앞선 안내가 여름캠프 계획을 세우시는데 도움이 되길 바랍니다.
[ 캠프 구성 ]
1. 오전 프로그램 : 한글 수업 중심
2. 오후 프로그램 : 문화 수업 및 액티비티 중심 (미술, 음악, 체육, 한국문화 등)
3. 오전 및 오후 수업 전/후 돌봄 교실(EDP) 운영
한글학교 여름캠프는 오전과 오후로 나뉘어 구성되며, 필요에 따라 오전만 등록하시거나, 오전과 오후 모두 등록하실 수 있습니다.
단, 오후 캠프 또는 돌봄 서비스만 등록하시는 것은 불가능합니다. 오전 캠프를 등록한 경우에만 신청 가능합니다.
1. 오전 프로그램 – CECCE의 International Language Program (ILP) 한국어 과정
– 시간: 9:00 am – 11:30 am
– 오전 프로그램 등록은 정규 학기 등록 방법과 동일하게 스쿨보드에서 진행됩니다. (5월 예상)
* 스쿨보드 홈페이지(신규 학생) 또는 학부모님께 발송되는 등록 이메일(기존 학생)을 통하여 등록하실 수 있습니다. (등록비 환급 불가)
오전 등록비는 온타리오 거주자($10), 타주 또는 International Students($150)로 다릅니다.
2. 오후 프로그램 및 오전/오후 돌봄 교실(EDP) – 한글학교 이사회 운영
– 오후 프로그램 시간: 11:30 am – 4:00 pm
– EDP 시간: 8:00 – 9:00 am / 4:00 – 5:00 pm

– 사전 등록 기간 : 2월 18일 (화) 오전 10시 ~ 2월 28일 (금) 밤 10시 마감
– 등록 링크는 2월 18일 화요일 오전 10시에 오픈되며 당일 아침 이메일로 발송됩니다.

3. 결제 : 장소 확정 후 결제 안내됩니다. (예상 5월)
* 오후 캠프 사전 등록은 2월 28일 금요일 밤 10시까지 입니다. 마감 이후에는 5월 등록을 기다려 주시기 바랍니다. (5월 등록시 등록비 5주 기준 $660, 주별 등록비도 변경됩니다.)
* 스쿨보드의 캠프 운영 일정에 따라 1주차는 3일, 5주차는 4일만 운영됩니다. 일정에 변경이 있을 경우 바로 안내드리겠습니다.
* 등록 상세 정보는 2월 18일 등록 링크와 함께 안내드릴 예정입니다. 일부 주차만 등록하는 것도 가능합니다.
* 오후 캠프는 주별로 준비된 프로그램이 약간씩 다를 수 있습니다.
* 등록비 결제는 이트랜스퍼로 진행됩니다. 사전 신청하신 분들께 신청 확인과 함께 추후에 결제 안내 이메일이 발송될 예정입니다.
* 한인 업체의 점심 도시락 구입도 준비할 예정입니다.
오후 캠프에 등록하고자 하시는 분은 이후 반드시 오전 캠프에 자녀를 등록해주시기 바랍니다. 오후 캠프만 등록하시는 것은 불가능하며, 오전 캠프를 등록하지 않으신 경우에는 오후 캠프 등록도 취소되니 주의하시기 바랍니다.

Hello OKCS families,
We are pleased to announce the registration details for our 2025 Summer camp.
Camp Dates : from July 2 to July 31 (22days / 5 weeks)
The exact location will be announced in May, similar to last year. It will coordinate with the School Board (CECCE) and may be at the same school as now or a nearby school. Please keep this in mind.
We are opening early registration before the location is finalized, since almost all other summer camp registrations open in February or March. We hope this early notification helps with your summer camp planning.
[Camp Component]
1. Morning Program : Korean language classes
2. Afternoon Program : cultural classes and activities (art, music, sports, Korean culture, etc.)
3. Before and After Care(EDP) : childcare services available before and after the sessions
The camp is divided into a morning and an afternoon program. Depending on your preference, you may choose to register for the morning program only, or for both the morning and afternoon. However, please note that registration for only the afternoon program is NOT available. You must register for the morning program in order to enroll in the afternoon session.
1. Morning Program – CECCE’s International Language Program (ILP) Korean Language Course
– Time: 9:00 am – 11:30 pm
– Morning program registration will follow the same process as the regular course registration through the school board (expected in May)
Registration will be processed via the school board website (for new students) or the registration email sent to parents (for returning students). Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
The registration fee for the morning program is $10 for Ontario residents, and $150 for out-of-province or international students.
2. Afternoon Program & Before/After Care(EDP) – run by OKCS Board
– Time: 11:30 am – 4:00 pm
– EDP time: 8:00 – 9:00 am / 4:00 – 5:00 pm

– Pre-Registration Period: from February 18 (Tue) 10:00 am to February 28 (Fri) 10:00 pm
– The link for the registration will be opened at 10 am on Tuesday, February 18 and will be sent via email in that morning.

3. Payment details will be provided after the location is confirmed (expected in May)
* Pre-registration for the afternoon program will be closed on Friday, February 28 at 10:00 PM. After this due date, please wait for the general registration in May. (The fee for May registration for the full 5 weeks will be $660 and the weekly registration fees also change).
* According to the school board’s camp schedule, week 1 will operate for 3 days, and week 5 will operate for 4 days. If there is any change to the schedule, we will inform you promptly.
* More detailed information will be shared along with the link on February 18th. It will be possible to register for individual week(s).
* Please note that the Afternoon Program may vary slightly from week to week.
* Payment will be processed via e-transfer. After the pre-registration period, parents will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
* We are also planning to offer lunch box options from Korean vendors.
Important Reminder: If you wish to register for the Afternoon Program completely, you must register your child(ren) for the morning program later. Afternoon registration is not available without the morning registration. If you do not register for the morning program later, your afternoon registration will be canceled.
