한글학교 가을 학기 방과후 수업 안내 드립니다. 관심있으신 학부모님들께서는 신청 방법 및 일자 참고하시기 바랍니다.
한글학교 2026 가을학기 방과후수업
– 수업 기간: 10월 17일 토요일 ~ 12월 5일 토요일 (총 8회 / 한글학교 수업은 12월 12일까지 진행)
– 수업 시간: 12:30 ~ 1:30 PM, 1시간
– 수업 장소 : 한글학교 920 Parkhaven Ave.

* 새학기의 시작인 가을학기 특성에 따라 유치부는 SK 학생의 신청만 진행합니다.
* 과목별 강의계획서는 10월 중순에 준비될 예정입니다.
* 수강 최소 인원 미달시 과목이 개설되지 않을 수도 있습니다.
신청 안내
– 신청 기간: 10월 5일(월) 9:00 AM ~ 10월 11일(일) 11:00 PM
– 신청 방법 : 링크에서 구글 폼 제출, 신청 기간에 맞춰서 오픈 됩니다.
방과후수업 신청 링크 (10월 5일 아침 9시 오픈)
- 등록은 제출 시간 기준으로 선착순 접수되며, 정원 초과 시 신청 기간과 관계없이 마감될 수 있습니다.
- 1명 이상 등록을 원하실 경우 각각 다른 신청 양식 제출이 필요합니다.
- 인원이 부족한 수업이 있는 경우, 다른 수업의 대기자 명단에 있는 분께 먼저 안내드릴 예정입니다.
수업료 및 결제
– 수업료: $60
– 납부기간: 10월 13일 화요일 ~ 10월 16일 금요일
– 결제는 신청 마감 후 등록 확정 이메일과 함께 10월 12일 별도로 안내드릴 예정입니다.
방과후수업은 별도로 도시락 신청을 받지 않습니다.
1시 30분에 수업이 종료하는 것을 감안하셔서, 간식 또는 간단히 식사가 가능한 도시락을 준비하여 주시기 바랍니다. 오전 수업 종료 후 방과후수업 교실로 이동 후 약 20~25분 정도 간식 시간이 주어집니다.

We are planning to offer several after-school programs this fall. If you would like to register, please read the information below and submit your application.
OKCS Fall After-school Program
– Date : Sat, October 17 – Sat, December 5 (total of 8 classes – the regular Korean classes ends on Dec 12)
– Time : 12:30 – 1:30 PM (1 hour)
– Location : Ottawa Korean Community School (920 Parkhaven Ave.)

* As the new school year begins this fall, the kindergarten program will accept only SK students.
* The syllabus will be available in mid-October.
* If the minimum number of students is not reached, the class may be cancelled.
Registration
– Date: Mon, Oct 5, 9:00 AM – Sun, Oct 11, 11:00 PM
– How to register: Please submit the Google Form via the Link below. The form will become active automatically when the registration period begins.
After-school Program Registration Link (Opening Oct 5, 9:00 AM)
- Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the submission time, and may close once capacity is reached, regardless of the due date.
- If you have two or more children, please submit a separate application for each child.
- If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment, we will contact parents whose children are on the waitlist of other full classes.
Payment
– Tuition Fee : $60
– Payment Period : Tuesday, October 13 – Friday, October 16
– Payment instructions will be sent separately on October 12, along with a registration confirmation email after the due date.
Lunch orders will not be available for this after-school program.
Please prepare additional snacks or a simple lunch for your child, keeping in mind that the class ends at 1:30 PM. After the morning classes end, students will be dismissed and moved to the after-school program classrooms, and approximately 20-25 minutes will be provided for snack time.
