어느새 2023년 연말 공지를 드릴 시기가 되었네요.
한글학교 가족 여러분 모두 건강하고 따뜻한 연휴 보내시기 바랍니다.
1. 2023 마지막 수업/ 2024 첫수업
이번주, 12월 16일은 올해 마지막 수업이며, 1월 13일 OKCS 새해 첫 수업이 시작됩니다.
방과후수업 마지막 수업 스케줄도 참고 부탁드립니다.
(과학 & 태권도- 종강/ 종이접기, 미술, 코딩, 캘리그라피- 12월 16일 마지막수업)
2. 학교 준비물
본격적인 겨울 시작으로 아이들의 바깥놀이에 필요한 준비물을 잘 챙겨 주시기 바랍니다.
준비물: 스노우 수트, 실내화, 모자, 장갑, 스낵, 물병
3. 아이가 아플 때
바이러스성 감기가 유행입니다. 아이가 열이 나거나, 컨디션이 좋지않으면, 집에서 휴식을 취할 수 있게 해주십시요.
4. $10 기부금
등록금과 달리, OKCS에서 올해부터 $10 도네이션을 받고 있습니다.
이미 기부금을 보내주신 분들께 감사드리며, 미처 보내지 못하신 분들을 위해 안내드립니다.
기부방법: E-transfer(okcs.activities@gmail.com), 학생이름 및 학년 입력 필수
5. 학부모 봉사
지난 10월부터 소중한 시간을 할애하여 봉사해 주신 학부모님들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.
2024년 새해에도 많은 참여 부탁드립니다. 연휴관계로 가능하신 날짜를 ottawakoreanschool@gmail.com으로 보내주시면 감사하겠습니다.
1월에는 학교 안내 데스크에 오셔서 가능하신 날짜를 직접 사인업 하실 수있습니다.

OKCS Parents,
It’s surreal to believe that we are entering the last stretch of the year.
We wish each of you a healthy and joyful holiday season with your families.
1. 2023 Last Class/2024 First Class
Our last class of the year is on Saturday, December 16 2023. We will resume classes for the new year on January 13th 2024.
Please also note this week’s afternoon school schedule:
(STEM & Taekwondo – completed
Craft, Art, Coding and Calligraphy – Last class on Saturday Dec 16)
2. Winter Gear
Please ensure your child is equipped with winter gear for the cold weather. This includes:
Snowsuit, hat, mittens, indoor shoes, snack, and a water bottle.
3. Sick day
Colds, flus and other respiratory illnesses are more common in colder months.
If your child shows any symptoms, please keep them at home to allow for proper recovery.
4. $10 Donation
In addition to the registration fee, we are collecting a $10 donation this year.

5. Parent Volunteer
Mandatory parent volunteering began in October. Big thanks to those who have volunteered; we look forward to
more participation in the coming year.

When school reopens in January, you can sign up at the front desk.
