2026년 한글학교 여름 캠프에 대해 다음과 같이 등록 안내 드립니다.
[ 캠프 구성 ]
1. 오전 프로그램 : 한글 수업 중심
2. 오후 캠프 : 한글과 한국 문화 관련 수업 및 액티비티 중심 (한국 무용, 음악, 창작 미술, 요리, 과학 등)
3. 오전 및 오후 수업 전/후 돌봄 교실(EDP) 운영
한글학교 여름 캠프는 오전과 오후로 나눠 구성되며, 오전만 등록하시거나, 오전과 오후 모두 등록하실 수 있습니다.
단, 오후 캠프 또는 돌봄 서비스만 별도로 등록하시는 것은 불가능합니다. 오전 프로그램을 등록한 경우에만 신청가능합니다.
1. 오전 프로그램 – CECCE의 International and Indigenous Language Program (IILP) 한국어 과정
– 시간: 9:00 am – 11:30 am
* 스쿨보드 홈페이지(신규 학생) 또는 학부모님께 발송되는 등록 이메일(기존 학생)을 통하여 등록하실 수 있습니다. (등록비 환급 불가)
오전 등록비는 온타리오 거주자($10), 타주 또는 International Students($150)로 다릅니다.
오후 캠프 등록을 원하신다면, 오전 프로그램 등록이 필요합니다.
2. 오후 프로그램 및 오전/오후 돌봄 교실(EDP) – 한글학교 운영
– 오후 프로그램 시간: 11:30 am – 4:00 pm
– EDP 시간: 8:00 – 9:00 am / 4:00 – 5:00 pm

등록 링크는 3월 30일 월요일 오전 10시에 오픈되며 당일 아침 이메일로 발송됩니다.

3. 결제 : 등록이 모두 완료된 이후 진행됩니다 (5월 중)
4. 등록시 참고사항
- 오후 캠프 등록 링크는 3월 30일 오전 10시에 이메일로 발송될 예정입니다. 일부 주차만 등록하는 것도 가능합니다.
- 오후 캠프 사전 등록은 4월 8일 수요일 밤 10시까지 입니다. 사전 등록 기간은 연장되지 않으며, 마감 이후에는 사전 등록 결과에 따라 5월에 2차 등록이 오픈될 수 있습니다. (5월 등록시 4주 모두 등록시 $630, 주별 등록비도 변경됩니다.)
- 한글학교 캠프는 현재 JK~8학년까지 등록 가능합니다. 2025~2026년 기준 학년으로 등록해주세요. 2026년 9월 기준 학년이 아닙니다.
- 각 주별로 준비된 프로그램이 다를 수 있으며, 오후 캠프는 오전 프로그램과 등록 학생과 인원이 달라 담임 선생님 및 반이 변경될 수 있습니다.
- 등록비 결제는 이트랜스퍼로 진행됩니다. 사전 신청하신 분들께는 4월 중순까지 신청 확인 이메일을 보내드립니다. 이후 결제 안내 이메일은 5월 중 발송될 예정입니다. 추후 결제 안내 이메일을 받고 진행하시기 바랍니다.
- 한인 업체의 점심 도시락은 작년과 달리 주 2회만 운영될 예정이며, 그 외에는 댁에서 도시락 준비가 필요합니다.
오후 캠프에 등록하고자 하시는 분은 이후 오전 프로그램에도 꼭 자녀를 등록해주시기 바랍니다. 오후 캠프만 등록하시는 것은 불가능하며, 오전 캠프를 등록하지 않으신 경우에는 오후 캠프 등록도 취소되니 주의하시기 바랍니다.

We are pleased to announce the registration details for our 2026 Summer camp.
[Camp Component]
1. Morning Program : Korean language classes
2. Afternoon Program : Korean cultural classes and activities (Korean traditional dance, music, art, cooking, science etc.)
3. Before and After Care(EDP) : childcare services available before and after the sessions
The camp is divided into a morning and an afternoon program. Depending on your preference, you may choose to register for the morning program only, or for both the morning and afternoon. However, please note that registration for only the afternoon program is NOT available. You must register for the morning program in order to enroll in the afternoon session.
1. Morning Program – CECCE’s International Language Program (ILP) Korean Language Course
– Time: 9:00 am – 11:30 pm
Registration will be processed via the school board website (for new students) or the registration email sent to parents (for returning students). Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
The registration fee for the morning program is $10 for Ontario residents, and $150 for out-of-province or international students.
2. Afternoon Program & Before/After Care(EDP) – run by OKCS
– Time: 11:30 am – 4:00 pm
– EDP time: 8:00 – 9:00 am / 4:00 – 5:00 pm

– Pre-Registration Period: from Monday, March 30, 10:00 AM to Wednesday, April 8, 10:00 PM
– The link for the registration will be opened at 10 am on March 30 and will be sent via email that morning.

3. Payment details will be provided after the location is confirmed (expected in May)
- The Afternoon Camp registration link will be sent by email at 10:00 AM on March 30. You may register for selected weeks only if desired.
- Early registration for the Afternoon Camp will close at 10:00 PM on April 8. The early registration period will not be extended. Depending on the early registration results, a second registration may open in May. (If registration opens in May, the fee will be $630 for the full 4-week camp, and the weekly registration fee will also change.)
- The camp is currently open to students from JK to Grade 8. Please register according to the 2025-2026 school year grade, not the grade as of September 2026.
- Programs may vary by week. Please note that Afternoon Camp classes may be organized differently from the morning program due to the registration status, and students may have a different teacher and class assignment.
- Camp fee will be paid via e-transfer. Those who register early will receive a confirmation email at the end of March. A payment instruction email will be sent in May, and payment should be made after receiving that email.
- Korean-style lunch catering service will be available twice a week, unlike last year. For the remaining days, students will need to bring their own lunch from home.
Important Reminder: If you wish to register for the Afternoon Program completely, you must register your child(ren) for the morning program later. Afternoon registration is not available without the morning registration. If you do not register for the morning program later, your afternoon registration will be canceled.
